175 Mr. Kirk asked the Minister for Education if she will sanction the request for grant aid to refurbish the Christian Brothers national school (details supplied), Dundalk, County Louth; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [12251/97]
An application for grant aid towards improvement works at the Christian Brothers national school, Dundalk, County Louth, was received by my Department. The funds available at present for such works are fully committed and it is not possible to provide grant aid at this stage. The school has been advised of the position. The project will be considered in the context of future capital allocations.
