231 Mr. Sargent asked the Minister for Education if the sale or disposal of the old vocational school property at Quay Street, Sligo, has been sanctioned or approved by her Department; if so, the date on which approval issued; whether the property has since been sold or disposed of; and if so, the price obtained; and if she will make a statement on the matter. My Department has received a proposal from the vocational education committee in question regarding the sale of its property in Quay Street, Sligo. The proposal is currently being considered.
