47 Mr. D. Ahern asked the Taoiseach the persons appointed by him to boards under the aegis of his Department since January 1995; and the number of vacancies currently remaining to be filled or due to fall vacant in the near future. [12677/97]
The information required by the Deputy is contained in my replies to previous parliamentary questions, specifically: Question No. 41 of 7 May 1997; Question No. 58 of 25 March 1997; Question No. 36 of 12 March 1997; Question No. 69 of 5 March 1997; Question No. 83 of 22 January 1997; Question No. 67 of 25 June 1996 and; Question No. 109 of 20 February 1997. In addition, the following appointments have been made in respect of two new bodies established in the meantime.
The new Information Society Commission was established on 9 May 1997. The membership of the commission is as follows:
