68 Mr. D. Ahern asked the Minister for Finance the persons appointed by him to boards under the aegis of his Department since January 1995; and the number of vacancies currently remaining to be filled or due to fall vacant in the near future. [12690/97]

The only State board under the aegis of my Department on which there are currently vacancies is the board of ACCBANK plc., on which there are two vacancies. Vacancies will arise on the valuation tribunal in July and October, on the Central Bank in September and on the national lottery in November.
