Question:

64 Mrs. O'Rourke asked the Minister for Health if he will request the relevant health board to review the case of a person (details supplied) in County Westmeath who is still awaiting some payments of expenses in relation to her daily trips to Dublin for cancer treatment; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [13091/97]

Limerick East): I have had inquiries made of the Midland Health Board in this case and a report is now to hand. The report states that all applications for assistance towards the cost of travelling in respect of this person which have been received have been paid at this stage.
