I refer the Deputy to my replies to Questions Nos. 263 of 25 July 1996 (Vol. 468, No. 4, cols. 1647-1648), 135 of 28 January 1997 (Vol. 473, No. 6, cols. 1745-1747), 33 of 19 February 1997 (Vol. 475, No. 2, col. 437), 99 and 100 of 5 March 1997 (Vol. 475, No. 8 col. 1784) and 56 of 30 April 1997. I have nothing further to add to these replies other than to state, with regard to my reply to Question No. 135 of 28 January 1997, that the report was carried out by Kieran McKeown Ltd. and has since been published. The final cost was £3,000 in excess of that estimated at that time.
