Vol. 480 No. 3

Written Answers - Grant Payments.

Michael Ring

Question:

50 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry when a headage payment will reissue to a person (details supplied) in County Mayo in the correct name, in view of the fact that the delay is causing financial hardship. [14169/97]

In this case the payment originally issued in August 1994 in the name of the deceased parent of the person named in the question. Payment cannot reissue to the person named until he furnishes grant of probate showing that he is entitled to payment of the grant.
