136 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Foreign Affairs the number of consultancy contracts awarded by him or by the Ministers of State at his Department; their value and purpose; the costs in terms of salary or consultancy fees; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [15042/97]

Since I took office, no consultancy contracts have been awarded under the Vote for Foreign Affairs.
