148 Mr. N. Ahern asked the Minister for Public Enterprise if the status of Aer Lingus employees working in TEAM Aer Lingus has or will be resolved, further to previous undertakings given to them; if she will have arrangements made for Aer Lingus management to speak formally on their status to these workers including craftsmen and operatives; and if she will make a statement on the matter. The conditions of employment of employees of the Aer Lingus group are matters for the board and management of the company. I have no function in relation to these matters.
