166 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when a REP scheme payment will issue to a person (details supplied) in County Mayo in view of the fact that it was due over seven months ago and the person has been inspected and passed for payment. [14294/97]

Minister for Agriculture and Food (Mr. Walsh):

The second annual payment under the REP scheme was issued to the person in question on 24 July 1997.
