275 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Health and Children if there are currently 70 orders under section 20 of the Child Care Act, 1991, waiting for investigation; when these will be attended to; the persons by whom they will be attended to; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The information requested by the Deputy in relation to section 20 orders is not readily available in my Department. However, it is being collected from the health boards and will be forwarded to the Deputy as soon as possible.
