205 Mr. Kenny asked the Minister for Arts, Heritage, Gaeltacht and the Islands the current stage of preparation of the Broadcasting Bill; when she will present this Bill to Dáil Éireann; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [15725/97]

: I am currently developing legislative proposals on broadcasting for presentation to Government. I hope to be in a position to present a Bill to the Oireachtas in 1998.
