288 Dr. O'Hanlon asked the Minister for Education and Science when funding will be made available for Lough Mourne Oliver Plunkett school, Lough Mourne, Castleblayney, County Monaghan. [15742/97]

: Oliver Plunkett national school, Louth Mourne, Castleblayney, applied for grant aid towards works to the school. A report is due to be furnished shortly from the Office of Public Works in Dundalk on the extent of the work required and the estimated cost. On receipt of this report, a decision will be made regarding funding and my Department will be in touch with the school authorities.
