Vol. 482 No. 6

Written Answers. - Water and Sewerage Schemes.

Rory O'Hanlon

Question:

319 Dr. O'Hanlon asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government the current position in relation to the Tydavnet sewerage scheme, County Monaghan. [18846/97]

A preliminary report for this scheme has been submitted to my Department but, given the high level of commitments under the water and sewerage investment programme, I cannot say when it may be possible to approve it.

Ulick Burke

Question:

320 Mr. U. Burke asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government when his Department will provide funding to Galway County Council for the provision of sewerage facilities at Craughwell, County Galway; if he will request plans and design work to be completed for the work to be carried out; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [18847/97]

There are no proposals with my Department for the provision of a sewerage scheme at this location.
