455 Mr. Deenihan asked the Minister for Education and Science the up to date position regarding the provision of the new post-primary school for two schools (details supplied) in County Kerry; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [18830/97]
Architectural planning of the proposed new post-primary school referred to by the Deputy has reached stage three, developed sketch scheme. Every effort will be made to advance the project as quickly as possible through the remaining stages of planning. It is not possible at this stage to indicate when the project will be ready to proceed to construction.
