251 Mr. Wall asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform when a dealing in the Land Registry office for a person (details supplied) in County Offaly will be approved in view of the fact that the delay is causing financial hardship for the family concerned; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
