245 Mr. J. Bruton asked the Minister for Finance the formal complaints, if any, which have been lodged against Ireland in relation to the operation of its 10 per cent corporation profits tax rate; and, if so, if he will give details of the current status of discussions on these complaints. [20983/97]

As far as I am aware, no formal complaints have been lodged against Ireland in relation to the operation of the 10 per cent rate of corporation tax.
