Vol. 483 No. 6

Written Answers. - Hospital Waiting Lists.

Question:

259 Dr. Upton asked the Minister for Health and Children if he will have arrangements made for examination and treatment for a person (details supplied) in Dublin 12 who is suffering extreme discomfort as a result of a back problem. [20920/97]

As the provision of treatment for the person concerned, in this instance, is the responsibility of the Adelaide Hospital, I have asked the chief executive officer of the hospital to investigate the position in relation to this case and to reply to the Deputy directly as a matter of urgency.
