I propose to take Questions Nos. 363 to 365, inclusive, together.

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this dealing refers to an application under section 49 (i.e. acquisition of title by virtue of long possession) of the Registration of Title Act, 1964 which was lodged on 20 January 1997. I understand that due to their complicated nature applications under section 49 take some time to process and it is not possible to estimate a completion date at this stage.
I am further informed that queries issued on this dealing to the lodging solicitor on 15 September, 1997 and replies are awaited. The queries raised must be satisfactorily discharged before the matter can proceed.
