I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that the dealing number supplied by the Deputy appears to be invalid and it has not been possible to locate any dealing pending relating to the applicants referred to.
If the Deputy can let me have the date of lodgement and the name of the lodging party, I will have further inquiries made in the matter.
