Question:381 Mr. Deenihan asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform when a duplicate land certificate will issue to a person (details supplied) in County Kerry; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [21143/97]
Written Answers. - Land Certificate.
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this application for a duplicate land certificate was lodged on 22 September, 1997. Replies to queries raised were received in the Land Registry on 4 November, 1997.
I am advised that the procedure which follows is expected to take at least three months and as a result it is not possible to say at this stage when the duplicate land certificate will issue.
