Written Answers. - Matt Talbot Community Trust.
The submission from the Matt Talbot Community Trust has been referred to my Department by the Taoiseach. Many of the issues raised in the submission relate to an application from another organisation, i.e. Candle Community Trust, for funding for a new premises. The position is that my Department's Probation and Welfare Service is having ongoing discussions with the Candle Community Trust on this matter.
My Department is not privy to the arrangements between the Matt Talbot Community Trust and the Candle Community Trust regarding the transfer of the old premises and I cannot therefore comment on this aspect of the matter.
