119 Mr. Perry asked the Minister for Public Enterprise if her Department will grant payment to a person (details supplied) in County Leitrim for the installation of electricity to his farm units; and if payment can be expedited. [23075/97]
My Department has not received an application for grant-aid under the farm electrification grants scheme for the person concerned. I have been informed, however, that such an application has been received by the ESB.
It will be dealt with promptly as soon as it is received by my Department and the applicant will be informed of the outcome.
