Question:168 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food further to Parliamentary Question No. 150 of 2 December 1997 regarding the disqualification of a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny from the 1997 suckler cow premium scheme if his Department will accept the evidence from the applicant's veterinary surgeon that it was he who changed the animal tag; and if he will have arrangements made to have payment made to the applicant in view of this evidence.
