134 Mr. Finucane asked the Minister for Education and Science if he will appoint a resource teacher for a school (details supplied) in County Limerick in view of the special circumstances of nine of the pupils attending the school. [2799/98]
My Department has very recently received a request from the school referred to by the Deputy for the allocation of a special teacher to cater for the special needs of nine children attending the school.
The school's request is currently being investigated by my Department's inspectorate and a decision regarding this allocation will be made as soon as possible.
