Referendum Bill, 1998: Motion.

I move:

That, notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders, the Select Committee on Environment and Local Government in the case of the Referendum Bill, 1998 has power to make provision in the Bill with regard to the carrying out of functions relating to the appeal board established in accordance with section 25(9) of the Electoral Act, 1992, the Constituency Commission, the Public Offices Commission, and to make provision regarding the carrying out of certain other additional electoral functions.
