Question:94 Mr. Yates asked the Minister for Finance when a C2 tax certificate will be issued to a person (details supplied) in County Wexford; and if he will expedite same. [3488/98]

I am informed by the Revenue Commissioners that the taxpayer's application for a C2 certificate was incomplete. The inspector of taxes has written to the taxpayer requesting him to forward a letter of contract and a photocard, with photograph. When these are received the inspector will process the taxpayer's application as quickly as possible.
