I wish to inform the House that an all-party committee on the strategic management initiative is being established, with the agreement of the five main parties. The following are the Members nominated to constitute the committee: Deputies Noel Ahern, Coughlan, Gilmore, Hayes, Brian Lenihan, McDowell, Jim Mitchell and Quinn. The chairperson is Deputy Roche. The committee also includes Senators Dardis, Finneran, Tom Fitzgerald and Ridge. Senator Avril Doyle is vice-chairperson.
