Roads (Amendment) Bill, 1997: Order for Second Stage.

Bill entitled an Act to amend and extend the Roads Act, 1993, and the Transport (Dublin Light Rail) Act, 1996, to provide, inter alia, for the compulsory acquisition of substrata of land for the purposes of those Acts, and to make provision for the declaration of certain proposed public roads as motorways, and to provide for connected matters.
