I move:
THAT the Taxes Consolidation Act, 1997 (No. 39 of 1997) be amended in the manner and extent specified in the Act giving effect to this resolution to provide for the imposition of a charge to tax on notional loans, on the writing off of notional loans and on the sale of shares at above market value.
