12 Mr. Rabbitte asked the Taoiseach if the guidelines for accessing the young people's facilities and services fund, established under the terms of the second report of the Ministerial Task Force on the Reduction of Demand for Drugs, have yet been finalised; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The detailed arrangements for the operation of the Young People's Facilities and Services Fund, which was announced by the Government recently, are currently being finalised and will be submitted to Government for approval as soon as possible.
