Mitchell asked the Minister for Health and Children if he will ensure that an organisation (details supplied) does not have to wait for payments from the Eastern Health Board; and if he will ensure that voluntary community groups are paid on time in view of the fact that many are running overdrafts which they cannot afford to service.
