Question:114 Mr. Higgins (Mayo) asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he has satisfied himself as to the validity of search warrants used on specific dates (details supplied). [6709/98]
Written Answers - Search Warrants.
I am informed by the Garda authorities who are responsible for the issue of such warrants, that they are satisfied as to the validity of the particular search warrants in question. As the validity of two of the warrants involved is currently the subject of legal proceedings before the courts, it would not be appropriate for me to comment further on this matter.
