31 Mr. Sheehan asked the Minister for Arts, Heritage, Gaeltacht and the Islands the meetings, if any, she has had with the board of the National Concert Hall to discuss future development plans; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [6527/98]
Since taking office, I have met and kept in touch with the chairman of the National Concert Hall concerning future developments at that institution. In particular I have taken a special interest in an important project at the National Concert Hall, namely, the development of the second recital hall. Funding for this project will come from the operational programme for tourism 1994-99.
