346 Mr. P. Carey asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he has received the report of the local gardaí in relation to the crime diversion project for the Finglas south area, Dublin 11; whether this project will proceed; if so, when this will occur; and if he will make a statement on the matter. My Department is currently considering proposals for a community based youth diversion project in the Finglas area. I expect to be in a position to make a decision in the matter in the near future.
