Dan Neville

Question:

135 Mr. Neville asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when a REP scheme payment will be made to a person (details supplied) in County Limerick. [7061/98]

An on-farm inspection was carried out in relation to the REPS application from the person named. Certain deficiences were found in the plan and a revised plan was required. A revised plan was received recently in my Department and it was found to meet the agri-environmental specifications of the scheme.

Arrangements for payment are being finalised and a cheque will issue shortly.
