Grant aid under the Tourism Angling Measure of the Operational Programme for Tourism was secured by the Central Fisheries Board (CFB) for this project to develop a coarse fish hatchery at Roscrea. I understand that the CFB has not yet begun work on the project which is now being included in an overall review by the CFB of the management and operation of its fish farming and hatchery programme.
