283 Mr. Perry asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if he will waive the penalty on a grant for a person (details supplied) in County Sligo in view of the fact that all the fences have been maintained and the schedule of work has been carried out; and if he will make a statement on the matter. This applicant's appeal against the 10 per cent penalty was rejected by letter dated 23 March 1998. The applicant may appeal this decision to the REPS appeals committee. To date no such appeal has been received from the applicant.
