441 Mr. Perry asked the Minister for Health and Children if he will have arrangements made to have a person (details supplied) in County Sligo called for her operation in view of her serious medical condition and the length of time she is waiting for this necessary operation; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The provision of medical treatment in this instance is the responsibility of Beaumont Hospital. I have asked the chief executive officer of Beaumont Hospital to investigate the position in relation to this case and to reply to the Deputy directly as a matter of urgency.
