633 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if a person (details supplied) in County Mayo will be supplied with a copy of a lease dated 19 April 1926 from the Land Registry Office detailing sporting rights on a holding. [9504/98]
I am informed by the Registrar of titles that it is not possible to trace the matter in the Land Registry from the information supplied. The reference number quoted is a Land Commission reference.
If, however, the copy lease has been lodged in the Land Registry and the Deputy can let me have the name of the lodging party, the folio number and-or dealing number I will have further inquiries made in the matter.
