766 Mrs. B. Moynihan-Cronin asked the Minister for Education and Science when he will forward contract documents to Kerry County Council regarding lands at Dromnevane, Kenmare, County Kerry for the purposes of a social housing scheme; if he intends to deal with the matter as a priority; and if he will make a statement on the matter. My Department's planning and building unit has agreed to sell a portion of the Department's lands at Kenmare Community School to Kerry County Council. The Chief State Solicitor's Office has been requested to prepare the contract documents and as soon as this matter has been completed there will be no delay in finalising the sale.
