. Mr. R. Bruton asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if he will alter the procedures for postal voting in the forthcoming referenda in order that persons temporarily working or studying abroad will be able to fulfil identification and application requirements in our embassies abroad. I do not propose to modify the postal voting arrangements as outlined by the Deputy.
