57 Mr. Creed asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if a person (details supplied) in County Cork has applied for additional milk quota to the milk quota tribunal; and if the tribunal will be in a position to allocate additional milk to this person in 1998. [9706/98]
An application for additional quota by the person named was considered by the Milk Quota Appeals Tribunal in November 1997 and a special allocation was recommended. There is no record in my Department of an application to the Milk Quota Appeals Tribunal for the 1998-99 milk quota year from the person named. I have arranged for an application form for that year to be issued.
