285 Mr. P. Carey asked the Minister for Education and Science whether he is in a position to allocate a home school liaison officer to a school (details supplied) in Dublin 11; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [9858/98]

It is my intention to expand the homeschool-community liaison scheme as resources permit. The position of the school referred to by the Deputy will be given full consideration in the context of a further expansion of the scheme.
