I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 21 and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Broughan — the urgent need to finalise the proposed millennium special projects for Dublin; (2) Deputy Durkan — the need to discuss whether European Governments should provide direct aid to Rwanda in the wake of recent public executions; and (3) Deputy Fleming — the new protocols that have been put in place to ensure there can be no future leaking of sensitive Northern Ireland green books.
The matters raised by the three Deputies have been selected for discussion.
