228 Mrs. Owen asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government the costs incurred since July 1997 for public relations and media advice to him, for personal photographs and any photographic work to cover functions attended by him outside of the normal coverage provided by photographers of local and national papers. Details of the costs incurred for public relations and media advice since July 1997 is set out as follows:

The cost of photographic services to the Department since July 1997 was £8,050.69 in respect of various press conferences, launches, seminars, conferences and other functions organised by the Department, including those organised by the Minister and Ministers of State.
