39 Mr. McDowell asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if he will expand the scope of the Rosslare Harbour and Kilrane sewerage scheme, County Wexford to include Ballygillane and other housing development adjoining the proposed scheme; and if he will make a statement on the matter. A revised preliminary report catering for Rosslare Harbour, Kilrane and Ballygillane Big, with the council's proposals to extend the sewer network along Barrack Road, have been approved. Any further extensions are a matter for the local authority in the first instance.
