Vol. 491 No. 3

Written Answers. - Special Education Needs.

Michael Ring

Question:

297 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Health and Children if an official from the Western Health Board will call to a family (details supplied) in County Mayo to discuss the needs of their child who has a learning disability to advise them of the best solution in caring for this child (details supplied). [12010/98]

It would not be appropriate to provide the information sought by the Deputy in relation to the individual concerned by way of a parliamentary question. I have asked the chief executive officer of the Western Health Board to examine this matter and to respond directly to the Deputy.
