352 Ms McManus asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government his views on whether the exclusion of EU citizens residing in Ireland from the electoral process serves to contradict the terms of the Amsterdam Treaty; the plans, if any, he has to rectify this problem; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
