Question:109 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the progress, if any, being made to implement the Refugee Act, 1996, in full; and the action, if any, taken on the injunction which, it is claimed, is holding up the full implementation of the Act. [12531/98]
I propose to take Questions Nos. 108 and 109 together.
As regards the implementation of the Refugee Act, I refer the Deputies to my reply to Question No. 404 of 26 May 1998.
In relation to the injunction referred to, l have nothing further to add to my reply to Question No. 160 of 14 May 1998.
